All questions

What ages is Yalla Batal for?

Ages 5 to 10. Kids 5–7 get a picture-first trail with voice on every mission; kids 8–10 get a compact mission board with weekly stats.

Does my child need their own phone?

No. Most families use a shared tablet or a parent's phone. Siblings pick themselves on a "Who's playing?" screen.

Are there ads or in-app purchases for kids?

Never. There are no ads, and kids can't buy anything. Only the parent can manage the subscription, behind a PIN.

What happens if my child misses a day?

It's shown as a rest day. You can forgive one missed day a week so the streak continues, or pause missions for sick days and travel.

Who gives the rewards?

You do. Rewards are things you choose: a trip, a toy, extra playtime. The app tells you when your child has earned one.

Where are voice recordings stored?

In your family account, encrypted. They are only played inside your children's profiles and you can delete them any time.

Which dialects are supported?

Egyptian Arabic and English at launch. Saudi and Emirati dialects are planned.

Can two parents share one account?

Yes. Invite a co-parent from Settings. Both can approve habits, record messages and hand over rewards.

How do I cancel?

From your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Your data stays and the app goes back to the free plan.

How do I delete my data?

Use the Delete account page on this site or email us. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.
