1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.
2. Your account
Keep your PIN and sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity in your family account.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Plus is billed by Apple or Google. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. Manage or cancel in your store account. Refunds follow the store's policy.
4. Rewards
Rewards are set and provided by parents. Yalla Batal does not supply, deliver or pay for rewards.
5. Your content
You own the voice messages and custom habits you create. You give us a limited licence to store and play them inside your family account only.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, reverse engineer it or use it to harm a child.
7. Not medical advice
Yalla Batal supports everyday routines. It is not medical, psychological or educational advice.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. We will notify you in the app before material changes.
