Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete a single child profile or your whole family account. We delete the data within 30 days of verifying your request.

How deletion works
- Send a request with the form on this page, or email privacy@yallabatal.hishammedhat.com
- We verify that you own the account and confirm by email
- We delete the data within 30 days of verifying your request
- Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play
Request deletion
Send the phone number or email on your account. We'll verify it's you and confirm by email.
A parent can also delete a single child profile at any time in Parent Mode in the app.
What gets deleted and what we keep
- What gets deleted: family account, child profiles, habits, rewards, voice notes, and crash and diagnostic data linked to the account.
- What we keep: purchase and invoice records, kept for [N] years as required by tax law, without children's data.
- How long it takes: we delete the data within 30 days of verifying your request.
